Its a ....

This year has been amazing so far :) Hope its been great for everyone !! Its the end of February and I already feel like this is the year of living more and having more fun !! One of my favorite people in the whole entire world is getting married next year and I just so happen to be the maid of honor :) We have a new trainer at the club and I like to call him the last tool to my arsenal. He pushes me just that extra bit that no one else has and I love it !! Heres to a happy March :) have a fabulous day !!

Wishing everyone a Happy & Healthy New Year !! Bring it on 2012 :)I don't do new years resolutions but I do do new years goals. My goals are pretty simple as I strive daily to be a better person, eat right and break a sweat. What makes this year different is that I plan on adding meditation into my daily practice( even if its for 10 minutes ) , living a little more ( I'm my own worst critic and pass up alot because I live in the gym ) and to spend more time with people that want to spend time with me :) Catch more movies and concerts and that's pretty much it. This week will be CRAZY as I have been off work for the last 2 weeks !!
